YouTube Brings Changes to Mid-roll Ads Earn More Money With YouTube
YouTube monetization has taken a good step. Beginning July 27th, content creators will be able to monetize their videos with Mid-Roll lengths exceeding 8 minutes. Previously, the Mid-Roll ad feature was available for 10-minute videos.
As part of this update, we will turn mid-roll ads on to all qualifying videos. This means that videos in which you might have opted out of mid-roll ads will now be picked.
Videos that already have mid-roll advertising will not be affected. Future monetizing channel uploads would also have mid-roll ads switched on by default.
By enabling auto mid-roll ads, saves content creators extra work and also helps them in increasing the monetization potential for new and existing content.
Machine learning is used by YouTube to find the most natural breaks for your videos. This is an automated process that aids in increasing monetization potential while providing a positive user experience.
