Apple Will Close Some Stores Again as COVID-19 Cases Reappear

Stocks rolled over to trade lower on Friday after Apple said it would reclose some stores in certain states given their recent spikes in coronavirus cases. In Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Arizona, a total of 11 Apple stores are to close.

Customers with items to be fixed in those stores will have the weekend to get their devices back, Apple said. In reaction to the Covid-19 pandemic, Apple previously closed its stores around the world in March.
